Fani Stergiou

Physiotherapist / Clinical Pilates Instructor

She is a graduate of the Department of Physiotherapy, of the European University of Cyprus and has received certification in Biomedical Acupuncture from the Hellenic Physiotherapy Society of Algology of the University of West Attica. She has also attended several Physiotherapy conferences.


Evelina Papaioannou

Physiotherapist / Certified Lymphedema Therapist

Evelina Papaioannou is a graduate of the Department of Physiotherapy, TEI Athens. She has certified specialization and many years of experience in the treatment of Lymphedema and Edema. Her training took place at the specialized Lymphology Clinic Földi Clinic in Germany, under the auspices of the American School Klose Training.



Clinical Pilates

Clinical Pilates is a safe method of therapeutic exercise, which can be applied by all and is used as a rehabilitation tool in musculoskeletal and neurological cases. It is particularly effective in reducing pain, preventing injuries, and improving posture.



The team of Physio New Body undertakes the treatment of Musculoskeletal and Neurological diseases and aims at the management of acute and chronic pain, so that the patient becomes functional again, re-integrates smoothly into daily life, and ultimately ensures a better quality of life.



Acupuncture is an ancient healing method, which the first reports place it in China, around the 4th century B.C. It is recognized by the World Health Organization and is used as a therapeutic tool for the treatment of various musculoskeletal and neurological diseases.


Functional Training

Functional training, i.e., functional exercise, aims to strengthen the whole body, so that it can meet daily requirements, but also sports activities.



It has been proven that massage – or otherwise the treatment of mollification – works beneficially on the body and its movements and more broadly on its smooth functioning, contributing to its rejuvenation and creating a feeling of euphoria.

Cupping therapy has been used since antiquity as an alternative form of treatment to treat various symptoms and pathologies.
